What is the minimum Order?

How will I know when my order will ship?
In-stock merchandise will ship within 5 business days of order receipt. To inquire about an order, email orders@shiraleah.com or call 866-503-9765 x224.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
No, when placing on www.shiraleahwholesale.com changes are not able to be made once an order is submitted.
How can I track the status of my order?
Upon shipment you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can also contact support@shiraleah.com for more information.
What if I want to order an item that is not in stock?
If an item is not in stock, you will have the ability to request a back in-stock notification.
What forms of payment are accepted at www.shiraleahwholesale.com?
Payment is due upon checkout at www.shiraleahwholesalecom. Shiraleah accepts the following methods of payment:

When will I be billed/charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. All goods are in-stock when placed at www.shiraleahwholesale.com.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
All of our shipping is completed through Fed Ex Ground, and therefore is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
Yes, but please contact orders@shiraleah.com or your sales representative to place your order.
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Yes. If your company has multiple locations but shares the same billing address, we can ship to each location separately, but each order must be placed individually and each order must meet the $250 minimum order amount.
Does Shiraleah offer exclusivity?
This is done on a case by case basis and it's best to work with your local sales rep. You can always contact sales@shiraleah.com to confirm the territory is open.
